How do the homepage member tabs work? Why didn't they update?

What are the homepage member tabs?

When you're logged into the website, the top of your homepage shows a member feed in several tabs:

• Latest: Members who have recently joined.
• Online: Members currently online (within the last 24 hours).
• Nearby: Members located close to you.
• Pros: Professional cuddlers who have recently joined.

Why isn't my new location reflected?

The 'Nearby' tab is based on the location saved in your profile.

However, location updates are not reflected immediately. It can take up to 30 minutes for the 'Nearby' tab to refresh and show members near your new location. This delay is due to internal caching.

Why isn't my gender preference reflected?

The gender of the members shown in the homepage member tabs is based on the gender preference you selected during your most recent 'Cuddlers' search, not the gender listed in your profile. Check your last search to see if you changed this preference intentionally or by mistake. It may take up to 24 hours for your homepage tabs to reflect the updated preference. This delay is due to caching.
