How do I deactivate or mute my profile?

You can control your profile visibility through your Settings page:

  1. Click the Menu (your profile photo in the top right)
  2. Click Settings
  3. Scroll down to the 'Take a break' section.

You then have a choice of:

  • Deactivating: Takes your profile offline while saving all your information and Karma
  • Muting: Hides your profile from search results while keeping it accessible to direct visitors (i.e. those that already know about your profile).
