What if the session goes on longer than planned?

Once a session is confirmed, an Extend Session link will appear in the green panel above your conversation. You can use this to add additional time before and shortly after the session.

Note: The extend feature isn't available if you entered a custom price during booking. In that case, pay the additional amount via the Misc Payment page after the session ends.
