What's the policy on last minute cancellations?

Cuddle Comfort doesn't enforce an official cancellation policy, but we provide guidance that's part of the Client and Professional Cuddler contract:

  • Clients should pay half the session cost when canceling within 12 hours
  • Professionals should offer discounts to clients for their own last-minute cancellations
  • For prepaid rental spaces: The canceling party pays full rental cost when canceling within 24 hours

If someone owes you compensation, report the user so we can check their history. While we may not act on single incidents, patterns of unreliable behavior may result in account bans.
