Someone used my card, can you help?

If your card was used by a member on our site without your permission, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

We’ll need the following:

  • The last 4 digits of the card
  • The card type (e.g. Visa, Mastercard)

Once confirmed, we will permanently ban the fraudulent account and issue a refund for any unauthorized payments.
