When can I exchange phone numbers with a client?

Exchanging contact information is only permitted after confirming a session through the booking panel above your conversation.

Once you've used the booking system to confirm a session time and date, you may exchange contact information such as phone numbers or email addresses.

If you decide not to proceed after initial conversations, you can cancel the booking without penalty. Early cancellations like this do not negatively impact your account.

Note:

• Social media accounts and personal websites (with a contact feature) are also considered a form of contact information.
• Even if you've had sessions with a client before, new sessions must be confirmed via the booking panel before exchanging contact information.
