Do I have to communicate through the website?
Pro-Client interactions:
Communication outside the platform is only allowed after both parties have confirmed a time and date through the website’s booking system. Once a session is confirmed, you're free to communicate via other methods (e.g. phone).
Booking panel process:
- Either person can send a booking proposal.
- The other person accepts it.
- You're now allowed to exchange contact information (phone, address, chat ID).
If you speak with the client and decide not to proceed, you may cancel the booking without penalty. Early cancellations like this do not negatively affect your account.
Sharing photos:
The website includes a built-in attachment feature for sharing photos, so there’s no need to use email for images.
Enthusiast interactions:
Off-site communication restrictions do not apply when enthusiast cuddlers are talking with other enthusiasts.
