Can I have my profile data deleted if I was banned?

Deletion requests for banned accounts are unlikely to be granted.

Our privacy policy states:

"Data Retention of accounts that breach our terms: We reserve the right to indefinitely retain the profile and associated data of any account that breaches our terms & conditions, forum rules or professional cuddling agreements. We may use this data to block the offending user from accessing the website again and to help identify attempts to bypass preventative measures. The data of banned or suspended accounts is therefore critical to our business operations."
