Can I offer free meet-ups or vetting sessions?

You can incorporate free time (such as meet and greet periods) at the beginning of paid bookings with the expectation that the session will proceed as planned.

However, routine free meet-ups with clients are not permitted, as they interfere with our ability to moderate effectively.

The recommended approach is to log a paid session through the booking panel, and if the initial meet-up doesn't go well, you can retroactively cancel the full booking online afterward.
