How does the 15% fee work?

Here's how payment works:

1. Clients pay you directly using your preferred method (most use cash at the session)
2. We automatically charge your card 15% of the session cost two days after the session happens
3. This represents our platform share of your income

How do I retroactively cancel a session?

Is the fee mandatory?
Only for completed sessions. If a session doesn't happen, you can cancel or request a refund to avoid the fee.

Do I need to pay the fee manually?
No. When a session is correctly confirmed using the booking panel, the fee is automatically charged to your card on file two days after the scheduled session date. Do not pay it manually or you will be charged twice.
