How do automatic fees and the booking panel work?

We automatically charge session fees 48 hours after a session is scheduled to finish, based on your use of the booking panel.

Important booking panel guidelines:

• All booking decisions must be made through the booking panel above your conversation.
• To cancel: Use the 'Cancel' option in the panel.
• If the client doesn't show: Click 'Session did not occur' when the option appears.
• For sessions not recorded through the panel: Pay manually via Misc Payments.

What happens if a session doesn't go ahead?

If you were charged for a session that didn't happen because you forgot to cancel, use the Contact form. Choose 'Refunds & adjustments' from the drop-down, then select the booking you'd like refunded.
