What currency will my booking use?

Your booking uses the currency of your primary profile location at the time the booking is created. For example, Canada uses CAD, the United States uses USD, the United Kingdom uses GBP, and Singapore uses SGD.

Only your primary profile location matters. Your physical location, IP location, and any optional second profile location do not affect the booking currency.

Each booking keeps the currency it was created with. If you change your primary location later, only new bookings use the new currency. Existing bookings are unchanged. The 15% platform fee is charged in the booking's stored currency.

Change the currency for future bookings

1. Open Edit Profile.
2. Change your primary Location to the country where you're offering sessions.
3. Review your Hourly Rate and adjust it if needed. The number is not converted using exchange rates.
4. Save your profile before creating the new booking.

Keep in mind that changing your primary Location also changes where your profile appears in search. There is no currency selector for individual bookings.

If your statement shows another currency

Your Stripe email receipt shows the currency Cuddle Comfort actually charged. If your bank or card statement displays another currency, compare it with the receipt:

• If the receipt shows the expected booking currency, your card provider converted the charge.
• If the receipt shows a different currency from the booking, use the Contact form.
