What if the session was shorter than planned?

If a session ran shorter than booked, you can retrospectively adjust the duration:

  1. Go to the Contact form.
  2. Click 'Refunds & adjustments' in the form drop-down.
  3. Select the booking.
  4. Click 'Adjust'.

Use this process to issue a partial refund or adjust a pending fee when a session ran shorter than booked.
