Why did my booking proposal expire?

A proposal expires when its proposed appointment time passes before both of you have confirmed it.

A booking proposal stays pending until it is accepted, declined, or canceled. If the proposed appointment time arrives first, the proposal displays as Expired and can no longer be accepted.

If you still want the session to go ahead, either of you can send a new proposal with a future date and time using the booking panel above the conversation.
