What is a Misc Payment (i.e. manual payment)?

A Miscellaneous Payment (also called a manual payment) allows you to pay the 15% platform fee for sessions that were not tracked through the booking panel. This should rarely happen.

When should I use this?

Only for exceptional circumstances where a session wasn't properly logged in the booking panel.

For example:

• You had a session with a client but forgot to use the booking panel
• A session went on longer than originally scheduled
• A session was cancelled but went ahead unexpectedly anyway

Common Questions

I accidentally made a Misc Payment for a booked session. What do I do?
Use the refund request feature to select the booking for a fee refund. This will refund the automatic payment while leaving your accidental manual payment intact.

How do I access Misc Payments?
Go to your Bookings page and click the "Misc Payment" tab.
