I wasn't able to use the booking panel. How do I pay the fee?

Confirm sessions through the booking panel whenever possible. If exceptional circumstances prevented you from logging a session, you can pay the platform fee manually.

Pay the fee manually

1. Open Misc Payments.
2. Enter the full session price in Session Price, not the fee amount. The form calculates the platform fee for you.
3. Add the client's username and what the payment relates to in Description.
4. Review the calculated fee and your saved card, then submit the payment.

Do not pay manually for a session already logged in the booking panel. Its fee is charged automatically, so a manual payment could result in a duplicate charge.
