I wasn't aware of the booking fee. Can you explain it?

Clients pay you directly for your sessions, and we charge you a 15% booking fee on the session price for each booking. This fee lets you offer paid services to our member base and benefit from our platform's visibility and tools. It's also the lowest rate in the industry.

With standard billing, the fee is charged automatically to the card on your account two days after the scheduled session. Accounts with weekly billing follow their weekly schedule instead.

If a session does not happen, cancel the booking within the cancellation window or request a refund. The charge is not canceled automatically when a session does not take place.
