How should I handle a payment dispute with a client?

For payment disputes between clients and professional cuddlers, we do not provide a direct dispute resolution service.

However, you can report problematic clients through their profile. See How do I report a member? for instructions. If moderators identify a pattern of behavior, they may intervene with punitive measures.

To prevent payment disputes in the future, it's recommended to collect payment at the start of each session.
